The ICFM members provide the food and beverage industry with valuable resources and up to date research in the area of food and beverage mycology. The ICFM organizes symposia at the IUMS meetings as well as the IAFP and other meetings. The members of the Commission also organize workshops before the International Association in Food Protection (IAFP) annual meeting every other year as well as outreach programs in developing countries.
To support all these activities, the Commission needs financial support. The ICFM is essential for the future of food and beverage mycology.
The contributions from food and beverage companies as well as individuals are greatly appreciated.
