Su linSu-lin is researcher and docent at the Dept of Molecular Sciences, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Uppsala, Sweden. Her first job after graduation was at CSIRO in North Ryde, working with John Pitt and Ailsa Hocking who introduced her to food mycology. Su-lin was awarded her PhD from the University of Adelaide, studying ochratoxin A in grapes and wine. Her research interests include mycotoxin migration in foods, fungal spoilage of food and feed, and fungal fermentations in food and feed. Su-lin is also passionate about teaching food microbiology and food mycology, and is a member of the (Swedish) national network for teaching in food microbiology. She is a member of the editorial board for the International Journal of Food Microbiology
